How much do you charge for delivery?

How we deliver the products? 

Within Estonia products are delivered by Itella Smartpost or Itella courier. 

International orders are delivered by Omniva international post and you’ll get an email with a tracking number. If you do not receive the letter, please contact us at rettergerda@gmail.com having specified the order number and the email address you used for ordering.

 

Will I have to pay additional duties and fees?

Yes, all expenses relating to customs duties and fees are paid by the buyer, as soon as the package reaches its destination. We send all ordered items from Estonia (EU). In certain regions outside the European Union postal items are subject to customs duties.

What kind of return terms do you offer?

If the item you purchased at www.gerdaretterdesign.com did not suit you for any reason, you can return it within 14 days after you received the package. The product should be unworn and in the original state. To make a return, please contact us at rettergerda@gmail.com and specify:

• Email address you indicated when ordering;
• Order number;
• Date of order confirmation receipt.

 

What do I do if the order I received is damaged?

Please contact us at rettergerda@gmail.com and describe the situation. Please attach to your mail a photo on which the defect is clearly visible.

We cannot be held responsible for goods that may be lost or damaged during return shipping, so please ensure all items being returned are securely packaged with protective wrapping and clearly addressed. Any items not thoroughly packaged to avoid damage during transit will not be accepted, so please take care when posting.
